Information we collect
When you sign in to the portal, we collect your email address to authenticate your session. If you are a client with an active account, we store your email address, your organization name, and the performance data associated with your engagement. We do not collect payment information directly — billing is handled via our payment processor.
When you submit an unsubscribe request through this domain, we collect only your email address to process the opt-out.
How we use your information
- To authenticate your session and display your campaign performance data.
- To send you transactional emails related to your account (login links, report availability notices).
- To process unsubscribe requests and honor opt-outs from outreach email.
- To comply with applicable legal obligations.
Email outreach and CAN-SPAM
Affluent Virtues Boost Agency sends commercial email under compliance with the CAN-SPAM Act (15 U.S.C. § 7701). Every outreach message contains a functional unsubscribe mechanism. We honor opt-out requests within 24 hours. We do not sell email addresses.
Data sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We may share data with sub-processors (hosting, authentication, payment) where necessary to operate the service, subject to data processing agreements.
Data retention
Client account data is retained for the duration of the engagement plus 90 days, after which it is deleted upon request. Suppression-list email addresses are retained to prevent re-sends for the life of the outreach program.
